Doing our bit for the festive knit
Go-pak® like to make an impact with the charity work we do, seeing that @ITVTextsanta were doing a #xmasjumerday we decided we would jump on the band waggon and include all members off staff that we have.
Holding a competition for the best dressed Christmas jumper was clearly the only way to pick a winner and add that extra bit of Christmas cheer (and competitive edge to the day).
Not only is the Christmas Jumper day a good way to get the staff together, its also a great way to raise awareness and money for great causes, this year ITV will be donating to;
Macmillan Cancer Support
Macmillan Cancer Support believe that no one should face cancer alone. There are 2.5 million people living with cancer in the UK today.
Make-A-Wish® UK grants magical wishes to enrich the lives of children and young people fighting life-threatening conditions.
Save the Children
We do whatever it takes to save children. From their first moments of life, we work to get children the healthcare, food and water, safety and education they need to survive and thrive.
Raising a total of £75 from just office staff and warehouse operatives we are proud to say we have contributed towards a great cause and supporting charity in a fun and energetic way! The Charity aspect of go-pak means our staff members can feel involved in creating a difference. Our moral in the office is always high after holding such an event.
We would like to thank our staff for taking part in the Christmas Knit and wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.
